Refund Policy

If you are considering a refund, then it's likely you’ve purchased an online course. We therefore owe you a “thank you” for supporting us here at ieRetail. We strive to do our best to deliver an informative & engaging learning experience, and we want to make sure we correct any hiccups or mistakes and improve along the way.

If you are not satisfied with the online course you have purchased, let us know within seven days of enrolment and we’ll do our best to make things right by offering you a full refund. Contact us at info@ieretail.com for refund requests.

Please note:

  • We will remove your access to the online course once we have processed the refund at our end.

  • Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to return to you.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any requests for refunds more than seven days after enrolment.

  • Please note our usage data will show us how many of the lessons you have accessed. If you have progressed beyond Lesson 2 we won’t be able to issue any refund.
