Thanks for visiting ieRetail. ieRetail Limited (“ieRetail”, the “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) manage the https://www.ieretail.com website (the “Website”), hosted on Squarespace.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the access and use of the Website, the access and use of the online courses available for purchase on the Website and provided by the https://ieretail.my.intuto.com website, managed by a third-party company called Intuto Limited, and the use of other services that may be provided from time to time on the Website (collectively, the “Service”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and any others who access or use the Service (the “Users”).

By using the Service You agree to be bound by the Terms. If You disagree with any part of the Terms, then You should not access or use the Service.

  • Enrolment Information is the information requested at the point of purchase of the Online Course for the purposes of enrolment into an Online Course.

  • ieRetail Limited (referred to as either “ieRetail, the “Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in the Terms) refers to ieRetail Limited.

  • Online Courses refers to the access and use of the online courses available for purchase on the Website and provided by the https://ieretail.my.intuto.com website, managed by a third-party company called Intuto Limited.

  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service refers to the access and use of the Website, the purchase and use of the online courses available for purchase on the Website and provided by the https://ieretail.my.intuto.com website, managed by a third-party company called Intuto Limited, and the use of other services that may be provided from time to time on the Website.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.

You expressly understand and agree that neither ieRetail, nor ieRetail’s respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages or loss of any kind arising from Your use of the Service or from the Content included on or otherwise made available to You through the Service.

ieRetail shall use reasonable efforts to protect Personal Data submitted by You in connection with the Service and shall use such information in accordance with the ieRetail Privacy Policy, available here: https://www.ieretail.com/privacy.

You acknowledge and agree that Your submission of any information is at Your sole risk. ieRetail hereby disclaims any and all liability to You for any loss or liability relating to such information in any way.

 

Purchases

 If You wish to purchase an Online Course made available through the Service, You will be asked to supply information at the point of purchase of the Online Course for the purposes of enrolment (the “Enrolment Information”). The Enrolment Information includes, without limitation, Your first and last names, email address, company, industry, and country. By purchasing an Online Course through the Service, You give permission for Your Enrolment Information to be entered into the https://ieretail.my.intuto.com website, managed by a third-party company called Intuto Limited. You will therefore need to agree with Intuto Limited’s Terms and Privacy Policy to access any Online Course available for purchase on the Website. Enrolment Information and other information about You may be collected by ieRetail and through the Service. IeRetail’s use of the information is governed by the ieRetail Privacy Policy, available here: https://www.ieretail.com/privacy.

Prices for Online Courses are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

Payment is required before the Online Course is provided.

Within 48 hours of purchasing an Online Course You should receive two emails:

  • An Account login to Intuto. You will need to sign in to Intuto using the details provided in the email to access the Online Course.

  • A confirmation email from Us that You have been enrolled into the Online Course on Intuto. 

If You have not received a login to Intuto within 48 hours of purchase then please contact Us at info@ieretail.com.

You will have access to the Online Course for 30 days from the date of enrolment. After 30 days, We will make Your username inactive from https://ieretail.my.intuto.com and You will no longer have access to the online course.

 

Intellectual Property

You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, translate, rent, lease, loan, sell, sub-license, create derivative works based on, distribute, transfer, transmit, reverse engineer, or display any Content in the Service.

 

Use and Termination 

When using the Service You agree to all of the following:

  • You will provide Your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested when purchasing an Online Course.

  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity.

  • You will not attempt to or actually override any security component included in or underlying the Service.

  • You will not attempt or engage in any action that directly or indirectly interferes with the proper working of or places an unreasonable load on the Service’s infrastructure.

When You purchase an online course through the Website, You will receive a login to Intuto to access the online course. Your login is Yours and Yours alone. You acknowledge and agree that You will not share Your login with any other human.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, partially or entirely, for all or some of Our Users, at Our sole discretion and without notice. For example, We may suspend or terminate Your use of the Service, and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, if You’re not complying with these Terms, or use the Service in a manner that would cause Us legal liability, disrupt the Service or disrupt others’ use of the Service.

 

Links to other websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ieRetail Limited. Please note that when You click on any of these links, You are entering another website for which We have no responsibility or control.

ieRetail Limited has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, terms, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that ieRetail shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or relation on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

You acknowledge that third-party services may be subject to the applicable third-party provider’s terms of service, and You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any such terms of service.

 

Refunds to Online Courses

If You are not satisfied with the online course You have purchased, let Us know within seven days of enrolment and We’ll do Our best to make things right by offering You a full refund. Contact Us at info@ieretail.com for refund requests.
Please note:

  • We will remove Your access to the online course once We have processed the refund at Our end.

  • Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to return to You.

  • Unfortunately, We are unable to accept any requests for refunds more than seven days after enrolment.

  • Please note Our Usage Data will show Us how many of the lessons You have accessed. If You have progressed beyond Lesson 2 We won’t be able to issue any refund.

Miscellaneous

If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.

ieRetail does not warrant that: i) The Service will meet Your specific requirements, ii) The Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or iii) The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by You through the Service will meet Your expectations.

If ieRetail fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver.

Changes to Our Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the law, Our business operations, or any other reason We deem is necessary or appropriate. If a revision is considered to be material, We will aim to provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute Your consent to such changes.
